History of Strongsville Emergency Food Bank
The Strongsville Emergency Food Bank (SEFB) was founded in November 1975 by the Strongsville Ministerial Association in cooperation with the City of Strongsville and was housed in Grave’s House and Old Town Hall. It was reorganized in October 1994 due to the continuous growth, and housed by the Strongsville City Schools in a bus garage attached to the old Middle School from 1999-2013, then moved to temporary housing at the old Metro Health Building. In October 2014 the food bank had a permanent home built by the Strongsville Rotary, with the help of the City of Strongsville and the community. Our current address 13259 Pearl Road.
